UV Photos of Rosaceous Plants

It is the book which was placed (collected) the ultraviolet photographs of the flower of the Rose family. A photography period is 22 years from 1981 through 2003. It contains 41 genera and 306 taxa of Rosaceae. A visible light photograph and the ultraviolet photograph of one kind of flower compares it with one page. Flowers are mainly Japanese wild plants, but there is also cultivated plants and the photography in some foreign countries. If the plant is different in the color of the flower, the flower is treates being distinguish as white and red one. In addition, the different patterns of ultraviolet rays in the same taxon are distinguished as type A and type B.
The book consists of preface, explanatory notes, visible light photos and ultraviolet photos, epilogue, index to scientific names, and index to Japanese names.There is an English sentence after each Japanese sentence.
